A few things to note
Tracking for your parcel becomes available as soon as the sender orders a SmartPosti shipping for it. At this stage, the parcel may not have arrived in Latvia yet. If you see a note saying the shipment hasn’t reached us yet, no worries – it’s on its way, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the journey.
