Our couriers deliver your parcel directly to your door, offering fast and secure service.
How it works
The courier will contact you by phone (if contact information is available) to confirm delivery that day.
You sign for the parcel when you receive it.
If delivery is unsuccessful
The courier will leave a notice in your mailbox or send an SMS.
If the courier is unable to get hold of you or access the delivery address (e.g., due to door codes or restricted areas), the parcel will be returned to the sorting center.
You can track your parcel on our website. If there’s an update about an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please contact our customer service to arrange a redelivery.
Your parcel will be stored for 10–14 days, depending on the service partner, before being returned to the sender. Need more help? Contact our customer service – we’re happy to assist you.
