How to pick up an item from a SmartPosti locker
1. Receive a notice of arrival
Once your parcel is placed in the parcel locker, you'll receive an automatic arrival notification. The details include the parcel locker's address, locker number, parcel number and a unique PIN code for access.
Remember to pick up your parcel within 7 days to ensure it doesn’t get returned to the sender. The sooner, the better – this helps keep lockers available for others, too!
2. Go to the parcel locker All SmartPosti parcel lockers are indoors and accessible during the opening hours of the parcel locker location. See opening hours here.
3. Pick up the item To unlock the locker, enter C to clear any previous entries, your PIN code and then press OK (example: C 024204 OK). Please note that if you enter the code incorrectly 3 times, the locker will lock temporarily for 5 minutes. Just wait, and you’ll be able to try again. Meanwhile, you can double-check that you’re at the correct locker.
4. Close the locker Once you’ve picked up your parcel, give the locker door a firm push to make sure it’s fully closed and ready for the next user.
